This course is designed for new parents or caregivers as an introduction to infant feeding. In this course you will have a handout of milestones from birth to 6 years with a recording on red flags for not meeting milestones with a few suggestions on activities to do.

Sensory processing is how we perceive our world and then behave in response to how our body interprets the environment. In this course you will learn the 4 different categories of Sensory Processing types along with activities that you can do with your child to help them feel more regulated throughout the day. The goal is that with a regulated nervous system, we are able to learn better and enjoy our lives more! Parents/caregivers will also learn some strategies on how they can regulate their own nervous system.

This course will introduce you to the importance of pre-writing skills for your toddler and how they shape the ability to write later on. The course will provide milestones of writing for your 1-4 year old, activities to promote these skills, recommended types of crayon's/markers for your toddler, and when to see an OT (if needed).
